  • The product is non-functional due to an issue caused by Lithora Studios
  • The purchase was accidental
  • The refund request is made within the allowed timeframe
Refunds will not be issued if:
  • The product has been purchased out of our 30 day refund policy.
  • The issue is caused by incorrect implementation
  • The user violates the Terms of Service
